Michelle has been associated with the real estate business in South Florida since 1996.  As a Senior Account Executive for Bellsouth Advertising and Publishing from 1996 to 2000, Michelle’s high energy level and customer relations skills won her several awards as one of the highest individual sales producer in the company.  In particular, her talent to listen to the customer’s needs and translate those needs into a successful marketing effort won her repeated acclaim.

Michelle chose to become more directly involved with real estate transactions by working Gibraltar Title and Escrow Company as a Processing and Post Closing Specialist.   Her positive nature and winning personality allowed her to work closely with Realtors, Lenders, Buyers, Sellers, and Attorneys as she ensured all required documentation was completed in a professional and timely manner.  When obstacles did arise, Michelle persistent efforts ensured that everything was resolved in a proficient and inclusive manner.  Branching out further into the real estate market, Michelle obtained her Real Estate Sales Agent licensing in 2002.  Building on her very successful marketing and title background, Michelle quickly expanded her company’s customer base and demonstrated an energetic persona that allowed her to meet the needs of her customers in finding just the right home at the right value.

Possessing several strengths, it is Michelle’s customer service talent and her willingness to meet the needs of her clients to market and successful sell a home, or to help a buyer find the perfect home, that creates her success.

"Michelle is as beautiful inside as she is outside. She has proven to be a genuine, honest, benevolent and sensitive sales professional. I would recommend her to anyone who wishes to have a wonderful person and sales professional." Alberto Rico
